i cannot access joomla backend administrator website

i have recently installed jooomla 3.3 on the ftp server for the www.gear98.com domain name and it is pointing to another unknown website which is all grey and has some ads on it, i am trying to access the joomla backend website located in dir/joomla suposedly but i cannot access it. is the domain name and everything registered correctly with inmotionhosting? i really need to be able to access the installation folder. thank you

Hello, The domain name is not pointing to us, but to another site. This is due to the domain not pointing to our name servers. You will need to do that first and then within 4-24 hours you will be able to access the Joomla back end via your domain name. Kindest Regards, Scott M
