How do I change message on my iphone

I recently upgraded from an iPhone 4s to a 5s, I synced my new phone with a backup from my 4s which was saved on my computer, however when I send an email it is saying sent from an iPhone 4s, it is not recognizing my phone as a 5s, how can I fix this?

Hello, Sorry for the problem. Unfortunately, this issue has do with the settings on your iPhone (not the server). You will need to make that change on your iPhone.
