How Do I Configure MacMail?

I've been trying to set up my email and no matter what I do, it won't sync and tells me to keep putting in the password or says it cannot connect or whatnot. I've spent hours trying to set it up with technical support and they cannot figure it out with me. Can someone help me?????????

Hello, As for setting up MacMail, the instructions are found in our article here. You will want to be sure that the settings are like the ones found in our getting started guide to email. If the device still does not connect, test your credentials by logging into your domain's webmail from a computer. (example.com/webmail or webmail.example.com) If you have any other devices that are connecting to the email correctly, you may change your macmail settings to those and see if it works. With issues such as these, if you are certain that all settings are correct, talking with Live Support is the best as they can watch the logs live while you try to connect and tell you if they see anything. They also need specific information such as which email account you are working with and other information such IP and possible password verification which you do not want to do here in a public forum.
