Fatal error: after install a ithemes exchange plugin

Hi
I try to add product from ithemes exchange plugin that I just install. The blank page with the message below show up.. Anything to do with the storage set up at web hosting? Thanks.

Fatal error: Call to undefined function it_classes_load() in /home/......./public_html/wp-content/plugins/ithemes-exchange/api/storage.php on line 76

Hello, Thank you for your question. Since this seems to be caused by the ithemes Exchange plugin, I recommend reading our guide on Troubleshooting Wordpress Plugins. Also, as per the error, you may want to check line 76 of the storage.php file. It is located here: /public_html/wp-content/plugins/ithemes-exchange/api The undefined function error often means there is a file being called in that doesn't exist, or is in a different folder location.
