Drupal clear all cache error

Hi, when I try to clear all cache in my Drupal website I receive this error: Fatal error: Uncaught exception 'PDOException' with message 'SQLSTATE[HY000]: General error: 2006 MySQL server has gone away' in...

Then, when I try to visit the site again all is ok...
How can I solve this problem?

Here my php.ini settings:
max_execution_time = 300
max_input_time = 60
memory_limit = 550M

I red something about "max_allowed_packet=..." but I don't know where changing this value.

Hello Marcello, If that is indeed the fix, the setting is located in the my.cnf file. You would need root access in order to change make any changes, however we can also do that for you if needed.
