install Django without root access

I read that article saying that I can install django without root access. However, there is a permission error when i tried to install it. I have a school project, how can I install django by myself without paying extra?

Hello,

If you have root access and do not want to have our Systems team install it for you for a fee, you can attempt to install Django using their installation guide.

Hello,

Thanks for the question. Django cannot be installed on anything less than a VPS or Dedicated server. Additionally, you will need root access in order make some of the setting requirements that are need for the installation.
