Where can I confirm my billing charges?

Hi I've recently renewed my account but first I've changed my plan and than I renewed all my services. I just want to make sure that I 'll be billed only one time for hosting.

Here is two receipt you've sent to me : IMH-314-469117-4 and IMH-314-469117-3

Hello, Thanks for your message and sorry for the confusion on the billing charges. For billing issues, you should be contacting our Billing Department, which per the notes on your account indicate you have done.
