Why Are cPanel Links Not Showing in AMP?

Hello I recently purchased a 2 year power plan package, but the controls are not showing up in AMP. I have a receipt for the purchase and have validated the purchase over the phone.

Hello, I'm sorry to see that you are unable to see cPanel links in your AMP. I am showing the cPanel icon displaying in your AMP. It is located in the upper left corner of your web hosting section. Are you still not seeing it? If so, please do your best to describe what you see. It should be a page of different icons. Kindest Regards, Scott M
