How to add a second domain/website

I already have a domain hosted here and want to have a new website hosted. They are totally different. I inadvertently made the new domain a subdomain of the first one. How do I setup two separate top level domains? Does this require 2 different hosting contracts? I thought I could host up to 5 domains but not sure how that works.

Hello, Depending on your plan, you can have anywhere from 2 to unlimited websites on your account. The first one is called the Primary, because it is the one that your account itself is listed under. The other sites will be known as "Addon Domains". You can add these through the cPanel. A new folder will be created under the public_html folder for each one, where all the files for that domain will live. Kindest Regards, Scott M
