Blocked e-mails by server

Do you provide this server: mx1.valeant.iphmx.com?

One of our mailings sent to internal database all the time is blocking by this server and recipient cannot receive message.

Hello, Thank you for your question. I performed a WHOIS lookup for mx1.valeant.iphmx.com, and the email is handled by Cisco Systems Ironport Division. This is also known as Cisco Email Security and Cisco Web Security. Most likely the recipient is using Cisco to handle spam emails, and it is flagging something.
