Can I use WebBuilder on a different domain name

I am currently using WebBuilder on my chariotparts.com domain name. Can I transfer the WebBuilder to another domain name (rtoautomotive.com)? I realize that I will no longer be able to use it on chariotparts.com and will lose the content for that site.
