Adding an account to outlook

I am trying to add an account to outlook and when I do I get "Outlook cannot connect to your outgoing (SMTP) e-mail server. I have tried changing it to POP3 and IMAP, and I get the same message. Please help.

Hello, Thank you for your question. First, make sure you have created the email account in cPanel. You can then view the email settings in cPanel. Finally, setup Outlook using the settings you viewed in cPanel. Thank you, John-Paul
