Thank you for your backup question. Backup time can vary due to the size of the account. The larger the account, typically the longer a backup will take. Four hours is a fairly long time, however. You may want to check and see if the backup is visible in your home directory. If you are still seeing the 'pending' message you may want to check with our Live Support Team so they can check to see if it is either stuck or still running.
