Prestashop 1.6.0.9 Category Image Not Showing-

None of the subcategory thumbnail images are showing.
Showing Blank "No Image Available" placeholder. I am not a coder, just trying to setup a shop for my wife and if i follow the site logic, it stands to reason that if i place a category thumbnail image in the category it should display on the site. but it doesnt. Can someone please assist me with this. Even if it means removing the image placeholder.

Hello loud427, Sorry to hear that you're having problems with the images in the subcategory section of the PrestaShop application. You duplicated this question earlier, so I removed that post and the answer is here along with your comment. When I checked the website, I went in to several categories and subcategories and they all appear normal. At no point was I seeing "No Image Available" placeholders on any of the pages. You might be seeing it due to browser caching. Since it was my first time to see your website, I would not have seen previous versions of the website where the images were not there, which is why my internet browser does not see the missingg image placeholders. Try clearing your browser cache. You should be able to see the images after that. If you continue to have the problem, please provide a screenshot of the issue, so that we can determine where exactly the problem is happening.
