How Can I Store My Sent Emails to My Sent Mailbox?

Hi. My sent messages are not being stored in the SENT mailbox. What can i do to find and store this messages?

Hello.

Thanks for posting your question regarding the issue with your sent email messages not being saved to your sent mailbox. If you are sending email from the server using Webmail, then the messages should automatically be added to the Sent folder on the server.

If you are sending your emails through an application on another device, then you may need to configure the settings to save the messages to the Sent folder. For instance, if you are using Mac Mail, I know you have to specify the folder on the server.
