View a users Spam Box

As the admin for the InMotion server account, how can I see an email users spam box? I have SpamAssassin set up on the server and have the Spam box enabled but I only see the Spam Box on my admin email account in Webmail. When I login to a users webmail, I don't see a spam box. How can I tell if they even have one? Is there only one spam box for an entire InMotion server account?
