Is SPAMASSASSIN trainable on shared servers?

Spamassassin properly classifies about 50% of my SPAM. I also get a rash of false positives, even from people I send email to, which is unacceptable. I was wondering if it was possible to train spamassassin in shared server space.

Hello, Thanks for the question about SpamAssassin. Your question was, "Is SpamAssassin trainable on shared servers?" The answer is unfortunately, "no". You would need to upgrade to a dedicated or vps server with Root access in order to make it trainable. Sorry that we can't work with you on the shared server side, but if you can upgrade the account, then you would be able to make use of the trainable aspect of SpamAssassin.
