What Are the Terms for the 12 Free Months of Hosting Promotion?

Hello. I've stumbled upon an offer, saying that you will host and register a domain for free, for 12 months.

What happens if i don't want to continue our agreement after these 12 months? Will my credit card still be charged after this period? What and when do I have to do, in case i don't want to keep using your services? Could you also, please, keep it in simple English? I'm not familiar with all the terms. Thank you!
