Prestashop new install questions.

Today I uploaded the new Prestashop theme I will be using. THEMES>MARRIS
Questions:
1. I am currently using 1.5. This theme is 1.6. What do I need to do?
2. Can I keep this separate while I am working on it? I have a live website. Can I create this entire new theme while still having my website online?
3. Can you have a look at it and make sure that it is installed correctly.

Thanks for the questions in regards to the new PrestaShop theme.
1. If you're using version 1.5 and you want to stick to that, then don't bother with using the 1.6 version. PrestaShop's 1.6 version does use a responsive template, so if you switch to it, you should first work with it on a test server or development install so that you can see the differences. The new Marris theme is supposedly compatible with both 1.56 and 1.6 version of the PrestaShop installation. If you're installing the 1.56 version, then you should be doing that from the Administrator. If you're installing the 1.6 version, you should load the 1.6 version first and then load the new theme.
2. We recommend that you install version 1.6 in a separate development site. This allows you to have the live site up while working on the test site with the new interface. Yes, you can have the live site up - but mainly by having the site duplicated first.
3. We can look at it when you have it installed. We took a look briefly and noticed that you not installed it just yet.
