Error message when calling Docebo

Hi, I have a dedicated server with Wordpress installed. I've just installed DoceboLMS through Softaculous and it gave me a URL to follow. It is http://www.mders.org/docebo. The administrative URL is http://www.mders.org/docebo/doceboCore/. When I click on either of these two links, I get the message "Disallowed key characters in global data." I've contacted InMotion Support but they can't help me. Has anyone encountered this? Does anyone have any idea how to resolve this. I'm novice server admin, that's why I came to InMotion. Any help is very much appreciated.

Hello Gail, Thank you for the question about an error in Docebo. As a test, I performed a clean installation from Softaculous, and it worked successfully. Displaying or logging errors in PHP may provide a more detailed error message. Also, check your .htaccess file for rules that may be causing issues.
