PayPal classic module for Prestashop (3.8.1) not working (Italy)

Hi, I've done the whole paypal setup (3.8.1) using default prestashop (1.6.0.9) configuration, got the rights API etc: https://www.inmotionhosting.com/support/edu/prestashop-15/314-install-configure-paypal?tsrc=aaq When the user tries to pay we get this error: Error occurred: Please try to contact the merchant: PayPal response: TIMESTAMP -> 2015-02-05T08:26:18Z L_ERRORCODE0 -> 10002 L_SHORTMESSAGE0 -> Security error L_LONGMESSAGE0 -> Security header is not valid L_SEVERITYCODE0 -> Error I have a business paypal account and I'm from Italy. I expect some problems due to the fact that hosting is in the USA and Paypal is for italian seller. On other ecommerce I've never had a problem. Could you please help me? Thanks, Marco

Hello Marco,

This message means that something within your PayPal credentials is incorrect when sent to PayPal. To resolve the issue, be sure that your PayPal API username, password, and API key are correct. If you copies and pasted the content, check for any spaces that may have been accidentally placed.
