best cms for desktop and mobile sites

Can anyone share their experiences with one of the CMS options in Softaculous, specifically for supporting both desktop and mobile websites? I'd like to replace using Coffee Cup Web Designer (just terrible for creating a site that works for mobile users). Please share IF the CMS you used is in Softaculous, and IF it automatically sizes for mobile platforms.

I highly recommend WordPress for nearly every website possibility imaginable. If it is responsive (resizing for different browser sizes such as mobile) is entirely up to the theme you use and not necessarily the CMS. Doing a Google search for "responsive WordPress themes" should get you pointed in the right direction in finding a theme that is right for you.
