Is there connection Limit?

Hi, We have one dedicated server running email and web service, we can't reach our server from company LAN network, but out side of company, everything is ok. Our server firewall is white listed company static ip. so it shouldn't be linux firewall problem, We have about 100 staffs use email everyday, and this problem start from last friday.

Is there DataCenter level firewall that limit connection from 1 static ip ?
