Importing CSV files to my PrestaShop store

I am trying to import CSV files which have been created from my eBay listings. I am a bit confused on the procedure to be able to import them into my PrestaShop store.
In the CSV Import section of PrestaShop, it starts with: 'Please match each column of your source CSV file to one of the destination columns.' How do I accomplish this? (I tried clicking on the 'Import.CSV data' button without doing this, and it displayed 138 errors to rewrite links.)
The instructions say, to upload, either:
Use browser, click on the "Add file" button (which I cannot find) or
Use FTP client (I have Filezilla) and upload the files in the: '/admin-dev/import. folder (which I also cannot find)
