My website mail.prithvilandproject.com redirect to http://mail.prithvilandproject.com/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi. How do I fix this? My website is properly working but my mail section is not working. Please resolve this issue & guide em asap.

Hello,

Thank you for your question about a subdomain redirecting. I recommend updating the 'A record' for mail.prithvilandproject.com, to ensure it is pointed to the shared IP of the server hosting the email.

Be sure to allow up to 24 hours for the update to propagate.

Then, you should be able to use mail.prithvilandproject.com as a mailserver.
