How Do I Create A Website Backup?
Please send me a full backup. The backup through cPanel is insufficient and doesn't provide all files.
Let me know if you are able to provide me with a backup.

need a backup of my server
I just installed wordpress, and I thought it was installing on a subdomain (sagaciacapital.com) but instead it installed in the root directory, overwriting another site (www.emercy.net) is there a simple way to undo this by restoring my whole public_html folder to a backup from sometime earlier this week? I make very few changes on this server, so it's ok if it is a few days previous flashback.
data backup request for 2 data bases
i submitted a request for a database to be backed up. I now see the damage I caused effected two of my databases and need a 2nd one backed up as well. I tried to submit through the "request data restoration" link but it only accepts one request at a time. Please advise on proceeding - I'm trying to save time.
Unsure how to find backup of website on cpanel
I am transferring my website (old server uses cpanel.) I downloaded a backup, and I specified my new info on cyberduck as instructed. But I am unsure where to find the backup, or how to download it via ftp. Would it be on the old cpanel, or on cyberduck? I downloaded a zipped backup to my computer - is this what I need to upload?

Thanks for the question. You can actually backup and get the files directly following the tutorial provided for you in Backing Up Your Website. If you're looking to get the database data, you can also export your database using PHPmyAdmin. If the database is larger than 50 MB, then you will need to submit a ticket request to the live technical support team.

Thanks for the question. If you have created a full cPanel backup then you can generally find the file named as "backup..." with a date and time appended using the ".tar.gz" extension. You will not be able to do a full cPanel restore yourself, if you are on a shared server. Please notify our live technical support team, and they can take care of that for you. You will need to have uploaded the full cPanel backup file into your current hosting.

Sorry to hear about your problem with the restore request. In order for us to do anything about we would need to know who you are, then we can manually ADD your request. However, if you wish to do it yourself, then you can contact live technical support. Since it is a restore issue and you are trying to modify or add to an existing request, I would advise that you contact them through phone or chat so that they can immediately edit your request. Restorations from backup are time sensitive, so you should contact them immediately. You will need to verify the account with either the last 4 digits of the credit card on the account, or the Account Management Panel (AMP) password.
