Prestashop FTP download of images from old site.
All,
Yesterday I asked for help getting my old database from my old Prestashop site to the fresh upload of 1.6.13. I got no help from you but not to worry, the fine techs in the tech department helped me to transfer all of the products, categories and combinations from the old site into my new site.
Later I discovered that the images did not transfer over. This is what the techs had me do when I discovered that the images were not there:
I took the images folder from the old website (OLDSITE or PUBLIC HTML.OLD), both have the image folder in it, and downloaded it to my desktop.
They then had me delete the img folder in the new (fresh) public html. I deleted it.
They then had me (via ftp Filezilla) move the img file from my desktop into the new public html.
The img folder is in the new public html but images are not showing on my Prestashop site. They are not there.
Need assistance.

Thank you for your patience while I looked into this. I spent some time testing your site in maintenance mode, and was able to determine the images were not copied over successfully. Copying the remainder of the files/folders over should allow them to display.
Specifically this folder contains images:
public_html_old/img
That are not here:
public_html/img
As an example, I was able to display the logo on your front page, by copying "public_html_old/img/logo.jpg" to here "public_html/img/logo.jpg"
If you have any further questions, feel free to post them below.
Thank you,
John-Paul
