Subdomain propagation - Site dns propagation keeps resetting

I have had this subdomain for multiple weeks and it seems something keeps resetting it. I've been using https://www.whatsmydns.net/ to check the site, it seems to work fine then some how the dns delete the record of it. I've been battling this for the past three weeks. All of my other subdomains work fine.

Hello, Sorry for the problems with the subdomain DNS resetting. As far as I can tell, it looks okay from our point of view. Your best course of action is to submit a verified ticket to our live technical support team.
