Create a searchable database for users to acess, search, etc
We have a simple department database on our intranet in Access, but its a pain for everyone to access and use. I would like to export the data to a MySQL database and publish it on the web behind a password. I can figure out how to do the export, but for the life of me, cant figure out how to generate a php script to allow users to access and search the data via a browser. I've seen wizards that will display data in a long spreadsheet/table of records, but what I really want is the ability to display ONE record at a time, almost in a printable portrait format. Any Advice?? Please help!! :)

Thank you for your question on how to view the data on the web. What you ask for can certainly be done, but would require some php coding to do it. Unfortunately we do not have a one-off script that performs that function. The best thing would be to find a freelance coder that performs small projects like that, kind of like an 'odd'-jobs' of the coding world.
