You would need to submit a ticket to our live technical support team.You can also contact our live technical support team. If you have a VPS or Dedicated server account then you would be able to see the status by simply going to the Web Host Manager. You can access it from the Account Management Panel (AMP) if you are not familiar with it. You can perform a search for "server status" to find the option.
