We had created a cronjob to execute this URL http://top10weddingvendors.com/auspi-custom-page/?tran=ga
on each month 1st day. This cronjob created in march month. Expected the cronjob trigger on 1st of april in this month. But its couldn't triggered. Can u please have look my configuration and guide us if require some other settings

Hello leadingvend, Our Cron job tutorial explains the different methods you can use to execute a cron job within a cPanel account. If you have set it up with one of these formats and it is not working, then it would be account specific issue which would need our Live Support team's help. You will then need to contact them.
