Prestashop Subcategory Image Problem

I am using Prestashop 1.6.0.14 I recently updated some images for the subcategories I have. However, the new images do not appear on the site, despite my having added them when editing the category image file.

The website retains the original images. Even when I delete the newly uploaded image file, save, and try again, it still shows the old image.

Can you please help?

Hello, Thank you for your question about a PrestaShop image failing to update. We are happy to help, but will need some additional information. Have you cleared your Browser cache, or tried in a different browser (such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or IE)? Are you using caching in PrestaShop? Caching can cause images to only update periodically. Have you enabled Error Reporting in PrestaShop? This may provide a more detailed error message.
