We are not getting any mail in our boxes

Every mailbox we have is empty and we are not getting mail from senders

Hello, Thank you for contacting us about not receiving email. When I look at the MX Records for your domain (you provided privately), I noticed they are pointed to Google. This means Google currently handles all the email transmissions for your domain. If you want your email to remain with them, you will have to create and manage the email accounts there.
