Cant delete categories in back office

I discovered that no matter what I do i can't delete two of my categories that I no longer need.

Sweaters
Leashes

These are the last two and they will not go away. Tried everything I know to do:
individual deletion.
bulk deletion.

They will not go away.

Hello Bruce,

Thanks for your question on category deletion. I checked your site and see "Dog Sweaters" and "Dog Leashes". Are these the same categories you mentioned or were you able to get the other two deleted from your store?
