Getting Fatal error: Out of memory with Higher than required Memory

When i try to edit various parts of my site I get the Fatal error: Out of memory error. I have over 8000M memory allocated and the error states "(allocated 267124736) (tried to allocate 72 bytes)" I am using prestashop. WHat could be the cause of this?

Hello, Thank you for your question about fatal memory. Since you increased your memory limit already, you may have to make the settings recursive. This will cause the settings to affect child folders. Also, there may be additional error messages being suppressed, enabling error reporting may provide a more detailed message.
