Unable to get to admin url again

Hello, I renamed admin folder and all instances of admin in opencart root. it worked well , but i later installed a module, and i could no longer reach the admin through the same link i used before anymore. I tried to rename the admin folder back to admin and the admin instances in config.php inside admin. but still not working. help me

Next, try locating your admin folder in the file structure, then trying to navigate to it in a browser (since you are not hosted with us, I am unable to review your file structure).
