Hello Kceesay, Sorry you're having problems with PDO. It's typically configured through the PHP.INI . If you run phpinfo.php, you can also see what's configured. You can also see more info on PDO with the PHP documentation. If you require further assistance, you can also submit a support ticket explaining what you need.
