Site hacked - what to do?

Hi, Checked my site Dashboard and found, under pages visited - referrals, youporn-forum.uni.me . I assume someone has hacked my site. I've now changed both the cpanel and Wordpress admin passwords. Is there something else I should do? I've done a system scan on my computer and it comes up clean.
