Problems with HTTP 503 error occurs

I have problems with my website, Not working good the links of our temple, We are think is for the upgrade of prestashop but,
the people of prestashop say is problems of my hosting. they are say: HTTP 503 error occurs. You should contact your hosting provider.

Can you please provide a url that we can replicate the 503 error? Also you may want to try and download the same version of files for your current prestashop installation to get any missing files.
