Help to install inkscape plugin

We are getting a Magento site installed on one of our domains. The supplier asks for this, "Also, please send over your server root access/SSH details so we can install the INKSCAPE Plug-in which is necessary for functioning of designer application." Do you have this plugin already? If not where do I find the information to give the supplier.

Hello, Sorry for the problem with the plugin installation. Unfortunately, we do not have that plugin. As you are on a shared server account, there is no way that the server root access would be shared for the installation of the plugin. We would recommend that you upgrade your account to a VPS or Dedicated server where you can obtain root access. Apologies again for the trouble with the installation.
