Get the contents of a submitted ticket?

Hi,

If I submitted a verified support request in AMP, how can I see its contents and track it? It seems that InMotion Staff will reply my request for the first time, and when I reply his reply, then sometimes they will never process my reply any more so I have to resumit my support request again in AMP. In such a case, I want to find a way to retrieve the contents of my first support request and resubmit it. How to do that?

Hello Alanchcw, Thanks for the question about tracking submitted tickets. Please see our tutorial on submitting and checking on support tickets. All email responses are completed through email. You simply have to search your email for the ticket contents or number and you shouuld see its history.
