How do I reset my username and password for backend in opencart

I recently had my websites split between different cpanels and now my username and password for the backend are no longer recognised, how can I reset them?

Hello ElizabethChanan, Sorry for the problems with the password for OpenCart. Typically, you should be able to use the FORGOT PASSWORD option to regain access. In order to reset it, you will need to have cPanel access to the account. You can then use our tutorial - Resetting My OpenCart Admin Password - to recover the password.
