Very Odd 404 Not Found Link

When you go to:
http://tbwhs.com/bluehost-review/

and click on "visit bluehost" it has a 404 not found error. We tried disabling htaccess file and didn't change anything. Only page out of all my reviews that does this? Link is correct in Wordpress dashboard and everything too? Tried plugins? It adds an extra root domain (tbwhs to the link) Lost on what to do. Please help!

We took a second at your post and for some reason EVERYONE missed this issue in your link: [button url="http:/tbwhs.com/recommended/bluehost.php If you look after HTTP, there was a single slash.
