Can't creat a support center login account
I am unable to create a support center account.
When I try, the system tells me my email account is already in use.
If I ask to be reminded of my user name, the system hangs (in chrome and in firefox)
I've tried multiple times.
Please advise

Sorry to hear you are having issues with your Support Center login. I did check for your account (according to email address) and see that the account was enabled, but not activated. I have activated that for you, so you should now be able to work with it to reset your password if you have forgotten it. From there you should be able to access it.
