can't Active custom nameservers for my reseller account

I have a reseller account which i wanted to Create custom nameservers for it. I followed the instructions listed here :

when i try to active my nameservers in the AMP. every time i click on "Create custom nameservers" the link redirects me to "Manage Domains" page again.
any help ?

Hello armaaar, Sorry to hear you are having issues with setting your name servers in the AMP. I tested and am not having any issues like you described. That is definitely not normal behavior. You will want to contact the Live Support so they can take a look at your individual account. They may also be able to assist with manually setting the name servers. Kindest Regards, Scott M
