WHMCS is not working perfectly

I am your reseller customer and have install the WHMCS on our domain. When i am try to login as a client on WHMCS than it's not displaying the correct page. it is showing http://prntscr.com/7l3jel how i can correct this.

Another question: From where i can get the direct support for this. Your chat team is denying .
