How to I transfer a account from other server to inmotion?

I have a account for domain, I want to transfer this account to my reseller account. I Read your guide but I don't see anything the same guide (type keyword "transfer" in left sidebar).
Please help me!
Note: Old account used WHM and cpanel.

Hello Bachhuy, As you are on a reseller account and not a VPS where you would have root access you will need to follow the guide for migrating a website from one host to InMotion. Since our reseller platform is still shared based we are not able to release root access to those account holders. Best Regards, TJ Edens
