SSL Rekeying From Arvixe

I am trying to get my SSL rekeyed. I think it can be done from inside control panel on Arvixe but I don't quite understand which instruction to follow. Can you do this if I provide you my login creds to Arvixe? I think it's self service but I don't quite know how to do it on their side.

Hello, Thank you for your question on SSL rekeying. The SSL provider will need to rekey the certificate for you. I am not sure about how their services work, unfortunately. You will need a CSR from us for the rekey. We have instructions for that here. Kindest Regards, Scott M
