I cannot access the web-mail log in page

For our domain **********.com, I can no longer access the e-mail log-in page. Can you tell me why?

Hello, Thank you for contacting us about issues accessing webmail. This was a known issue on your server, that our System Administrators were working to correct. It is now working again correctly. Also,you can always access with the "webmail." option. For example: webmail.example.com (Be sure to replace example.com with your actual domain name).
