AMD good, cPnel not connected
Hi,
We are having our domain transferred from Arvixe.com to In Motion Hosting. As of 5 am yesterday morning (ET and according to the timestamps on our emails) our entire site went dead. We can get into our AMD panels nor problem but not the site and the cPanel brings up a not connected error ('This page can’t be displayed').
The email notices from IMH as well as Arvixe are setup on the domain to be transferred (thehrisworld.com) so we have no way of knowing if either of you sent us an email. Can someone provide us a status of what is happening and how we can get our site back online?
